SPELL
BEE PROCEDURES AND RULES TO BE FOLLOWED.
*It
should be inter-group OR inter-class.
*First
round is the preliminary round, in the preliminary round first spellings test
should be between INTRA GROUP.
*From
each group four toppers of the test will be selected to represent the group in
the next round.
*And
for the second round, selected letters must be given to the spellers.Eg:A-L
*Announcement
must be made saying that any word from letter A-L can be asked to the spellers.
*On
the day of the spelling test, arrangement of four chairs with a centre table
must be made.
*A
spell master should be present when the competition is going on.
*The
spell master must have correct pronunciation; he should not have any mother
tongue influence.
*Only
British English will be taken in consideration. American English will strictly
be out of use.
*The spell master can repeat a word only three times and he must give the meanings and usage of the word, if asked by the spellers.
